Sarah has developed her career in HR over nearly two decades.  She brings robust and diverse experience gained across a wide range of sectors from healthcare, education to financial services.  Sarah has delivered an extensive spread of HR solutions from complex employee relations within a unionised environment, recruitment of talent, adherence to employment legislation to designing HR processes to support the business strategy.

Having worked for Somerset Care, Experto Credit, and the Loddon School before joining Pulse Finance in 2022, she brings a broad view to the business.  She is passionate about the impact that engaged employees deliver to a business and this remains at the core of her strategies
